For holders of a learner’s license or a probationary license
For drivers who are under 23 years of age
For drivers aged 23 to 24
For drivers who are 25 years of age or older
In addition, when the driving license holder reaches or exceeds the threshold of his regime of 4, 8, 12 or 15 demerit points, his driver’s license will be suspended for a period ranging from 3 to 12 months in according to the number of points accumulated in his driving record.
